What are your retail location hours?
Our standard hours are Tuesday through Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-2. We are closed Sunday and Monday. We offer extended holiday hours during December. Our online store is available 24/7!
Do you offer repairs?
Yes! Jesse the Jeweler offers comprehensive jewelry repair services performed entirely in-house at our Cape Canaveral jewelry store by our team of seasoned goldsmiths. We handle ring resizing, prong retipping, chain soldering, clasp replacement, stone resetting, rhodium plating, and heirloom restoration. Unlike many jewelers who send repairs out to third-party vendors, every repair at Jesse the Jeweler is completed onsite using professional goldsmithing tools and techniques — so your piece never leaves our hands. Serving Brevard County, the Space Coast, Melbourne, Viera, and surrounding Central Florida communities.
How long Do Jewelry Repairs Take at Jesse the Jeweler?
Most jewelry repairs at Jesse the Jeweler in Cape Canaveral, Florida are completed within two weeks. Nearly every repair is performed in-house by our expert goldsmiths. The rare exception is pearl restringing, which we send to a trusted specialist -- everything else stays in our studio.
When you bring your piece in, our goldsmiths will evaluate it in person and provide you with an estimate of both the cost and expected turnaround time before any work begins. That way you know exactly what to expect with no surprises.
Common repairs we handle in-house include ring sizing, prong retipping, chain soldering, clasp replacement, stone resetting, and jewelry restoration. More complex repairs such as heirloom redesigns or extensive restorations may require additional time, which will be communicated to you at drop-off.
Jesse the Jeweler has been serving Brevard County and the Space Coast for over 40 years. Our Cape Canaveral jewelry repair studio is open Tuesday through Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
Do you do repairs in-house?
Custom designs, repairs, resizing, stone setting, and heirloom restoration are all performed by our own team of goldsmiths using professional tools and techniques. Your jewelry never leaves our hands — which means faster turnaround, better quality control, and complete peace of mind.
What is your return policy?
For items purchased in our retail store: we will gladly provide a refund on items returned in unused, original condition within 7 days of purchase. We will issue a store credit for items returned between 7- 30 days. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund or credit on items after 30 days, custom items, special orders, or on items that have been altered in any way.
For items purchased online: Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a store credit. Items that contain manufacturer’s defects are eligible for a refund within 15 days. Once we receive the returned items, the charges will be returned to the original method of payment--excluding overnight shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. Used, opened, personalized (i.e. engraved), custom, and closeout orders are nonrefundable.
Please email us at angie@jessethejeweler.com to receive your return approval. You will be emailed a USPS prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your refund will be credited back to you on the method of payment used in the original purchase whenever possible. You may also return or exchange your merchandise to our retail location in Cape Canaveral, FL.

How long does it take to make a custom engagement ring?
Most custom engagement rings at Jesse the Jeweler take 3–6 weeks from your initial consultation to completion. Timeline varies based on design complexity, metal choice, and gemstone sourcing. For intricate designs or rare stones, allow up to 8 weeks. We recommend starting the process at least 2 months before your proposal date. Couples in Brevard County, Melbourne, and the Space Coast can book a free consultation to discuss timelines in person.
Can I bring in my own gemstone or diamonds for a custom piece?
Absolutely. Jesse the Jeweler welcomes customers who want to incorporate their own diamonds, gemstones, or stones from existing jewelry into a new custom design. This is especially common for heirloom pieces where sentimental stones are reset into a modern setting. Our goldsmiths will assess your stone, discuss design options, and create a piece built entirely around what you bring in.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome at Jesse the Jeweler. However, for custom design work, engagement ring consultations, or heirloom redesigns, we recommend booking a consultation in advance to ensure you get dedicated one-on-one time with one of our goldsmiths. You can book online or call us directly.
